1. Digital Product Nature

All products sold on DigitalShopi are digital goods and are delivered electronically (via download or access link) immediately upon successful payment.

Due to the nature of digital products, we do NOT accept returns or offer refunds once the product has been accessed, downloaded, or delivered.

2. No Refund Policy

All sales are final and non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to:

Digital templates
Business automation tools
Downloadable files (eBooks, software, courses, etc.)
Business setup and related services

We do NOT offer refunds for:

Change of mind
Lack of results (as results depend on personal effort and external factors)
Purchasing the wrong product by mistake

3. Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same digital product more than once, please contact us within 3 days of purchase with proof. We will review your case and may offer store credit or an alternative product at our discretion.

6. Exceptions (If Any)

Special Cases: If a product clearly states a money-back guarantee or trial offer in its description or on the sales page, that specific product's terms will override this general no-refund policy.
